The Nature Of The Kingdom Of God – Apostle Paul Butler

Healing Crusade Session 4

The life of heaven has come. The Kingdom has come so we can rise up to the standard. God brought the Kingdom to earth to bring freedom to His people. Satan’s dominion is sin, sickness, poverty, demonic oppression and death. Everything that holds us hostage is the work of the devil. Jesus came to destroy those works (Acts 10:38). Many people are oppressed and in poverty and because of this a spirit of unbelief comes. The Kingdom is God expressing Himself powerfully. It is more than salvation and the church.

For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9:6-7

The rule of God has come into the earth. Wherever His rule is, there is going to be freedom. Sickness and disease cannot dwell where the rule of God is. Our problems are not natural but spiritual. The solution to these problems is not training or psychology but the solution is Christ. We have a heart problem and God has sent His Son to solve it. We have the Kingdom of God on the inside of us. The judgement of God is coming against the works of sin and sickness has to flee. Judgement means that we have judicial power. God has given us justice. Justice is the administering of the deserved punishment to the enemy.

31 Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him. 32 Since the world began it has been unheard of that anyone opened the eyes of one who was born blind. 33 If this Man were not from God, He could do nothing.” 34 They answered and said to him, “You were completely born in sins, and are you teaching us?” And they cast him out. John 9:31-34

The nature of the Kingdom of God:

1) The reality of the Kingdom will not be experience unless we enter into that Kingdom.

We need a second birth which is the spiritual birth to enter into the Kingdom of God. If the Kingdom is in us then we become supernatural. We tap into the power of God. The Kingdom is the good news (Mark 1:14-15). When we have union with Christ, He makes us holy and righteous. We have to repent in order to enter into the Kingdom. God is the law maker and man is the law breaker. When we violate the laws of God, we give Satan the right to operate. We violate them by constantly sinning. We give the enemy access when we are to be rebellious. You can be anointed and still die before your time because of the violation of the law.

2) The Kingdom of God provides a high quality of life (John 10:10).

The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14:17). God wants us to manifest His righteousness. Righteousness is an act of the human will to do what is right. It is being in right standing with God. God has given us peace. This peace abides in us when external circumstances are going wrong. The Holy Spirit produces joy in us. The joy of the Lord is our strength.

3) In the Kingdom, there is rulership, power, authority and dominion.

We have been given the right to execute justice and judgment in the earth. We have been given a power that is explosive, mighty and strong (1 Corinthians 4:20). From the beginning, God has given us dominion over the things on the earth. He has given us complete responsibility over it.
